It's around 200 sq feet with windows overlooking a small pond and has plenty of counter space and shelving. Ideal for one individual, day-time only, who needs a space for painting, drawing, writing, recording, jewelry making, sewing, etc. If you have a personal hotspot you could use it as an office for quiet pursuits as well. Not good for crafts that produce fumes, noise, or sawdust. This is a space partially shared with someone who stores chicken and fish feed as well as tools in it but never spends time in the space other than when animals need to be fed. Available Sept 1. Rent is $300/month and includes utilities. $600 security deposit. Application required with references.
