Lyricist Looking for Musician to Write Country Music

Hello! I am a professional commercial writer looking to get back to the creative side of life through writing lyrics. I am a novice lyricist but I can write just about anything that needs to be wordsmithed. I took a run at Nashville last year with nothing more than some cash, the clothes on my back, a loaded down Honda Civic, and a dream. I'd say I got damn close to making it. I had a writing session with a #1 Country Billboard songwriter who has written #1 hits for Travis Tritt among other greats and was booking more writing sessions with artists and producers I met down on Broadway. But then COVID shut down broadway, the world, and my dream. Point being - I know how to network within Nashville and still have phone numbers from connects I made. I am an avid country fan for everything to genre has to offer - creative lyrics, rhymes, and story telling, along with a sound that I can't get enough of. I'm confident that I can write lyrics for other genres but would prefer to write country songs, and ones to sell at that. My dream is to someday be a full-time lyricist in Nashville.
