Service Tech - Window & Door -Repair and Installation

Our Service Technician is the primary point of contact for residential window warranty issues for our current and previous customers within a given region. This individual will conduct services for our products as required by service orders. This includes, but is not limited to; screen installation, seal repair, and siding, roofing, and door installation punch lists. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS • Perform pre-installation and post-installation inspections • Anticipate roadblocks that could impact customer expectations; job costs and/or code performance, and recommend solutions • Coordinate return visits; convey needed services, materials, and labor to relevant stakeholders • Collaborate with relevant post-close stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of daily activities • Fulfill service appointment specifications • Maintain company assets in excellent working order • Maintain a substantive knowledge of our products, install techniques, and construction EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent • 3+ years’ professional experience installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projects • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient in MS Office Suite programs • Salesforce experience preferred • Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to the individual's race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, genetic information, status as a military veteran or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
