Renovation company searching for a general contractor for a partial renovation job located near Baltimore MD. Job to include: • Demo • Drywall • Insulation • Interior Paint (Contractor must supply paint using our paint discount) • Cabinet Painting • Exterior Painting • Additional punchout-like items. • Appliance Installation • Vanity Installation • Hardware • Plumbing work including installation of faucets that we buy, fittings not included • Electrical work including light installation • Lighting supply and install • Scope walk meeting will be scheduled for 8/5/21. Must come prepared to accept or reject our contract price • Start date set for 8/9/21. This is not negotiable. Do not call unless fully available. GC is required to have: • License • Insurance (including general liability) • Workers compensation (unless a 13% discount is acceptable) Please respond no later than Wednesday Aug 4th 5pm.
