Title: Warehouse Worker
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities:
Arrive to work on-time and maintain good attendance according to work schedule.
Build docks on-time and correctly according to the production schedule.
Maintain safe work environment and attend regular safety meetings.
Maintain building and grounds.
Conduct quality inspections of incoming products.
May be lifting up to 75 pounds.
Standing, bending up to 8 hours a day.
Indoor and outdoor work.
Duties:
Work on projects as assigned by Warehouse Manager.
Assemble and ship dock and parcel orders on-time and correctly according to the bill of materials.
Maintain safe working environment.
Inspect outgoing shipments for quality.
Assist with product rework as directed.
Assist with product improvements including design and quality issues.
Inform Warehouse Manager when inventory is low.
Inform Warehouse Manager when supplies are low.
Inform Warehouse Manager when products are manufactured incorrectly.
Work with warehouse manager and office to improve products and to report issues.
Building improvements and maintenance.
Keep equipment in good working order.
Operate forklift and other equipment safely.
Repair equipment when directed.
