Rent N Save is hiring for a new Customer Service/Sales Representative in our Northfield and Faribault locations. This is an introductory job to our team with no rental experience required and on the job training provided. The position will require the new candidate to learn a basic POS system and assist in day to day equipment and party rental tasks. While this is an introductory job there is room for growth and management opportunities within Rent N Save. The job responsibilities and job requirements are listed below. Job Responsibilities - Assist customers to help provide them with the proper equipment for their job or project. - Perform basic routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment before/after rental - Load / Unload equipment and party rental supplies per company policy - Keep rental yard organized and equipment clean and in place. Job Requirements - Valid driver’s license - Good phone skills and customer service attitude - Experience in construction, equipment maintenance or small engines preferred but not required Benefits - 401(k) Matching Contribution - Flexible work schedule if required - Employee discount on rental equipment Pay - $16.00 - $20.00 an hour based on experience and full time/part time schedule requirements
