Framing and Drywall needed

I need some pretty simple framing and drywall work done in a small utility room I am turning into a mud room. The total size of the opening I need framed in and drywalled is 66in wide by 96in tall. I need a rough in opening of 80x36 for an accordion style door that I will install myself later built into that. The actual dimensions of the project are in the pictures. The framing will need to be attached to the existing wall, ceiling, and concrete floor. The drywall is only required on one side of the wall that is built. Looking to have this done as soon as possible. My guess would be that the framing would take a few hours max and the drywall another hour or so, then mudding and taping. We will do the painting ourselves. No electrical involved, just a simple wall. I will provide the lumber, you provide drywall and other supplies and I will reimburse for them.
