We take pride in working side by side with Maryland homeowners and guiding them through the entire insurance process. We are currently seeking individuals to join our team to generate appointments, complete roof inspections, meet with insurance adjusters, and help homeowner select the best products and colors. Our ideal candidate has a background in construction and those who own a truck will be able to complete roof inspections with ease. Whether a you have experience or not, each candidate will go through our tailor-fit training program, which is consistently the foundation of a successful career, and is eligible for a $1,000 training bonus. In addition to our training program, we will help you with obtaining any city, state or local licensing or insurances that may be required. Service Areas: · Proudly serving the following counties: Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, St. Mary's, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, Worcester Contractor Requirements: · Individual contractors only, no crews required Highschool Diploma or GED, Associated Degree or higher in Sales is desired · 1-2 years of Outside Sales Experience, Industry-Related Experience is desired · Professional, well-groomed at all times, and willing to follow our dress code · Well spoken, able to communicate effectively, and fluent in the English language · Hard working, team player, and able to operate in a competitive environment Coachable and a positive influence to others · Must own an iPad and willing to learn our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software · Accountable for the tools required to perform the duties of the position Comfortable with operating inside/outside the office and customers’ homes, in all climate conditions Able to carry uneven weight up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder up to 3 stories Significant drive time for travel may be requires Vehicle Requirements: · Valid Driver’s License · Reliable transportation · Vehicle must presentable and able to carry a 24’ extension ladder or 26’ collapsible ladder, white trucks and vans preferred Compensation Plan: · $75,000 - $180,000 + Bonuses Additional Opportunities: · Holiday Parties and Trips · Happy Hours and Events · Awards Ceremonies and Dinners · 2021 Vehicle Program with Payment Reimbursement (on models 2018 and newer) · All Expenses Paid Vacations and Cruises such as Vegas, Miami, Florida Keys, LA, Puerto Rico, Bahamas and others Job Types: Full-time, Commission
