Hi! There is one available spot in our newly rented studio in Kensington near the Berks St. el stop. 2 of the people in the space have been renting in another studio in the building for a couple of years, the other 3 studiomates are new to the building. The studio is ~2900 sq. ft, with a private bathroom, in-progress communal wood shop and communal hang-out/food area with a drop sink. Your space is roughly 28ft by 14ft with two windows. This building is great, the owner is very hands off, the building manager also rents in our sister building and is very helpful. When major things break, they are fixed quickly. The other people in the building are really kind and everyone seems to get along well. If you're a printmaker, there's also a communal print shop in the building looking for members right now. Rent is $360 a month + utilities. Wifi is included in the rent. First, last and security due on lease signing. Lease is for one year with the option to renew at end of lease term. Lease can either begin August 15th with prorated cost of $180+Utilities for your first month or September 1st for $360 + utilities.
