Vaccinated, microchipped male kitten for rehoming

He’s fully vaccinated, flea and tick treated, microchipped and healthy. He’s 1 year old, birthday falls on March 9. He is part Russian blue and part domestic shorthair so he’s very vocal. He’s extremely intelligent, so he tries to open doors, if they’re the handle knobs he will open them. He likes playing fetch, getting attention, giving love, and he’s a great hunter. Honestly, this is a really good cat and the only reason I need to rehome him is because my other cat hates him and I’m over their fighting, and I know I’d never be able to rehome my other cat because he’s mean, so this is what I have to do. I thought with time they’d at least tolerate each other but it’s not going to happen. I don’t know how well he will do with other pets, he didn’t exactly have the best first experience. He is also fine on a leash outside so you can walk him too. I think he’d do best in a home where he can have plenty of attention from at least one person he can claim as “his”.
