Do you enjoy being part of a fun, organized team? We maintain a large renovated mill which hosts commercial and residential tenants. We need a reliable, active, and responsible person to complete our crew who likes to work with their hands. We're looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication, ability to walk a large 500,000 sq. ft. mixed use building, be on their feet for long periods of time who is not afraid to work hard. You must live within 15-20 minutes of the building. You must have reliable transportation. 30 Hour Full Time position : 8:00am-2:30pm Wednesday-Friday and 9:00am-3:30pm Saturday and Sunday. As part of this position you are required to be available for on-call emergencies on a rotating schedule. Starts at $15.00/hr. Please reply to this ad to send resume.
