Maintenance Technician
Local Property Management company looking for maintenance person
This position will be 30-40 hours per week. The applicant will be responsible for the following:
• Light maintenance - painting, cleaning, trash removal, yard cleaning, fire alarm testing and installation
• Property inspections - picture taking and completing online reports
Applicant must have automobile and valid driver's license. We provide all necessary tools and equipment.
Position starts at $18-$20 per hour, depending on applicant experience and skill level. Includes daily fuel/mileage reimbursement.
