Fresh out of HVAC school? Do you have your EPA? Looking for a career in a long-lasting field? Are you a team player hard working person? Sierra Air Conditioning, We have developed strong relationships with local and national builders over the years so we are continuing to grow and need more help! We'll teach you how to start up HVAC equipment in new homes. This work is steady and year-round. We are ALWAYS busy! The Requirements: • Must be at least 24 years of age • Must be able to pass a background-check • Must be able to pass a drug test • Must have valid driver's license clean driving record • Must have EPA card • OSHA-10 Responsibilities: • Checking to make sure the heating and cooling equipment is installed correctly (pitch on drain lines, pitch on coils, etc.) • Install thermostats • Wire up all low voltage controls • Evacuate systems • Test the systems to ensure they are working properly Check gas pressures and refrigerant levels, making adjustments as needed We offer: • Company truck • Training pay 4 to 6 weeks • Piece work pay • Job security/Year-Round Work • Health insurance • Bonuses/Commission Opportunities • 401(k) • Drug-free Workplace • Employee Lounge/Game room • Free energy drinks, electrolyte mixes, water, ice machine Get your foot in the door with one of the largest HVAC companies in the Las Vegas Valley.
