Need A Make-Ready Person We own several apartment houses and many rental houses. We need a person(s) to help us get empty units ready to rent. Person must be ready to do all issues involved in this process. e.g., painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing, cabinet installation, flooring, etc. We will do this on a bid basis with us supplying the materials.
