In this role you will be responsible for the timely processing of rotable component repairs, vendor recovery warranty claims, and the overall security of the exchange pool inventory. To apply, please visit: Essential Duties/Responsibilities - Process cores within 3 business days - Ensure completeness of Core Return paperwork - Monitor time life information on all components to be reworked - Evaluate core return and disposition as applicable; repair, purchase replacement, store or scrap - Review and verify incoming documentation and provide disposition for Unknown Receipt aircraft parts - Create/update core warranty claims - Create Repair Orders to vendors for exchange parts - Review RO quotes and assures the best option for repair/overhaul options and prices - Approve Repair quotes in accordance with Rules of Authority - Create and/or process Sales Orders for brokered repairs - Create sales orders and ensure settlement documents are accurate for scrapped parts - Initiate and follow through on all core and non-core vendor recovery claims - Follow-up with vendors to expedite repairs - Update Vendor Recovery warranty claims based on vendor repair quotes Skills/Qualifications - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - 2+ years related purchasing, negotiation, and/or vendor contract experience - Knowledge of maintenance repair and overhaul functions and FAA regulations is a plus - Technical/analytical focus, strong organizational skills, and detail orientation - Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers in a professional manner - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications / Quantum experience a plus - Must qualify as a U.S. person in compliance with ITAR 22 CFR 120.15 What We Offer - 11 paid holidays a year, plus 6 days of paid personal time, and 10 days of paid vacation time to start, with an increase to 3 weeks of paid vacation time after 5 years - 90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9,600 annually - Monthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2,250 for single coverage and $3,000 for family coverage annually - 401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6% - Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in full - Annual employee incentive award program based on the achievement of certain business and individual performance goals - Tuition assistance is available annually after the first year - Hiring range of $19.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
