JOB DESCRIPTION (NO RECRUITERS) **PLEASE EMAIL RESUME, JOB IS ALSO POSTED ON INDEED** WAREHOUSE LABOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include, but are not limited to the following) Plan, organize, and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory. Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain regular attendance. • Prepare and complete orders for pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship) • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store). • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. • Keep a clean, safe working environment and optimize space utilization. • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers. • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment. • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Operation of a forklift and other assigned vehicles and equipment. Warehouse operations, procedures, equipment, and terminology. Proper methods of storing equipment, materials, and supplies. Health and safety regulations. Inventory methods and practices. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Receive, issue, store and return warehouse stock and supplies. Lift, move, sort, and store objects. Learn to operate a computer terminal and warehouse-related software. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is performed while standing, sitting, and/or walking. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching. Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds Work independently with little direction. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Forklift Certification preferred. RFID Gun experience is a plus. The position is part-time with the opportunity to move to full-time, which includes benefits and paid time off. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
