Master of Public Health student is seeking to interview people with Diabetic Foot Ulcer for a 30 minute phone interview and survey. The questions will focus on your experience with various doctors who have been part of your care. This can include podiatric foot doctors, endocrinologists, ophthalmologists, diabetes educators and others. Answers are all kept confidential and you will not be asked to provide any medical records or try any new therapies. This is just a phone call. Receive a $20 gift card for completing the interview.
