Grace, Grit & Wit is a 36-acre working ranch in Fall City, Washington. We love horses, we love promoting healthy minds and bodies. We also believe in leaving the land in better condition than we found it.  Grace, Grit + Wit is growing and I'm looking to hire a program coordinator and assistant for the ranch, as well as my business. It's 6-10 hours per week to start. Pay is $18-22 per hour and will increase with merit and as the program grows. Hours to grow to part-time by next Spring - Must have horse experience, I need someone to feed and turnout 2 days per week. Our ranch is home to young horses about to be started western Quarter Horses and/or Dressage horses (Andalusian/Quarter Horse/Gypsy) that are on a mental break. All are well mannered but I prefer someone who’s experienced with horses. I am not looking for a horse trainer, just someone with knowledge of horses, has ridden and worked on a ranch! - Must be able to work in our Fall City ranch (45-60 minutes from Seattle), under 30 minutes from Bellevue, Carnation, Redmond or Issaquah. - Must love being outside, be into yoga and other personal development activities, as I need assistance coordinating events and workshops. - Misc. projects to help me stay organized.
