Job Type: Temporary Part Time Salary: $ 15.00 - $ 15.00 / Hourly Position open until filled Job Location Chelan County Ohme Gardens 3327 Ohme Road Wenatchee, WA 98801 Wenatchee, WA 98801 Description Salary: $15.00/hour. Varying, flexible, as-needed, split-shift hours. Average 10 -20 hours/weekend. This is a part-time, temporary position. Mandatory weekends: Saturdays and Sundays. Occasional Friday evenings. Starting immediately; ending October 2021. Will be responsible for event set-up and take down at Ohme Gardens. This requires flexible, as-needed, split-shift hours that will include mornings, afternoons and evenings. Must have the ability to work independently, manage time wisely, work safely, and have good communication skills. Qualification Ability to solve practical problems and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. This is an outdoors, hands-on position requiring good health, tolerance to, and the ability to work in hot and cool weather under sometimes strenuous conditions. Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs. Education and Experience: Graduation from high school or GED equivalent. Duties and Responsibilities Events set-up/take down. Precise placement of tables, chairs, canopies, and other event items. Clean tables, chairs and event areas. Other set-up and take-down duties as needed. Parking Lot Attendant: provide parking control during events as needed. Occasional maintenance tasks as needed.
