Description
If you are looking for a LOCAL group workout, this is for you!! It is ALL levels and all you need is a set of hand weights and a mat, OR just bring your self and we got you covered!
We meet 2x a week, Monday and Thursday's from 8am-9am! We combine flexibility, strength training, cardio and circuit training to get a full body workout. It is all fitness levels, there is modifications for all people! Due to the strength training aspect the bootcamp is 18+!
There is a 10$ drop in fee per person -no need to RSVP, just show up, which is half the battle!
