Painters or Painting Crew Needed General: ^ Start today! ^ Provide bid, including completion date (no later than Sunday @ 3pm) ^ Provide at least 3 references and corresponding photos....we will contact them ^ Provide at least 3-person crew ^ All paint/caulk/wood/siding provided by property manager ^ Crew person to meet property manager @ local store. He will purchase all of the above (or) you could send a detailed shopping list to him. Project includes (and everyone must be experienced in): * scraping * power washing * caulking * repair/replace missing or damaged wood/siding (including both sides of the rear steps) * painting Qualifications: - Experience: Exterior Wood/Siding Repair and Replacement, Caulking, Power Wash, Spray and Brush Painting - Have ALL tools and equipment - Have at least 3 references along with photos of those 3 properties - Have reliable transportation Exclusions: ^ Front ramp ###
