I have home sites that need remodel work. Looking for a person who can work by bids of the job and has their own tools and truck to move material. I have homes ready to be remodeled now. Jobs include carpentry (trim, subfloor, installing flooring, cabinetry, framing, and countertops) Drywall - float, texture, paint Painting - interior, exterior, cabinets Landscaping - mowing, trimming trees, installing flower beds. Roofing experience is good but not necessary. These can be light to medium remodels. Have homes ready to go and can start work this week/next week. Will pay on a draw schedule as work is completed.
