Job brief: Survey three parking garages/lots using a 3D Camera app, Matterport. Pay: $100 (net after fees) Estimated duration: 30 minutes of training/account setup and roughly three hours of total on-site capturing at the three parking locations. Arrive is seeking a site surveyor to use a 360/VR iPhone app, called Matterport, to “model” three parking locations. Matterport is a virtual tour software platform that allows users to walk a space using an iPhone app to capture the surroundings immersively to create models. These models are virtual, “walkable” spaces, similar to the technology used on Google Street View. Matterport is an intuitive, easy-to-use app. It does provide some helpful info guides that we require reading as part of this job. Requirements: - iPhone 6S or higher or an iPad Air 2 or higher (Android devices are not supported). - Data is required while using Matterport on site. - Transportation to garages/lots around your city (parking is not included). - No professional photography skills or experience are required, but the candidate should have a basic tech-saviness navigating a new app. This is the trial phase of this project. We prefer candidates who would be interested in demonstrating success capturing these three locations and subsequently taking on a much larger batch of parking locations in the near future.
