Warehouse Associate & Customer Service Representative Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 depending on experience Full Time We are looking for a full-time person to work in our Madison warehouse. The ideal candidate is an energetic, customer service-minded individual that enjoys working in a team atmosphere, is detail oriented and can thrive on new challenges each day. This position would report directly to and work closely with the Production Manager. Position Responsibilities: • Unload product from carrier(s) using a forklift and/or pallet jacks as necessary • Check in product, match to appropriate P.O.’s, check quantities and quality • Move product into correct spots for jobs and/or stock, label as needed • Assist in rearranging warehouse to ensure proper efficiencies are met • Keep the warehouse clean • Conduct inventory and order supplies as needed or directed • Complete brick matches and order them for upcoming jobs, then schedule the jobs • Answer phones and schedule appointments • Work with the managers, foreman, employees and customers as required Requirements: • Ability to multi-task, plan, and manage time well while paying attention to details • Must be physically capable of frequently lifting up to 50lbs + • Able to drive a forklift or willing to be trained with a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation • High school diploma or GED preferred • Ability to be on time • Complete miscellaneous tasks as designated by Managers • Ability to work well with others while having a positive attitude and good work ethic Work hours are between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm, 40 hours per week with an occasional Saturday.
