Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4PM. w/ on-call rotation About InterWest: InterWest Properties is a second generation, family owned property management company with a portfolio comprised of single family, plexes and apartment communities in the Portland/Metro, Vancouver areas. Job Summary: The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable and able to provide both routine and spontaneous rental home maintenance services throughout our portfolio. Will participate in an on-call rotation and will perform routine periodic unit inspections including the attics and crawlspaces from time to time. Job duties and responsibilities may include: Contact residents to coordinate entry Drywall repairs Fence repairs Minor plumbing - including faucet and drains with p-traps Minor electrical - including switches and fixtures Sub Floor repairs due to dry rot damages.
