Hood River Cannabis Company is looking for an experienced indoor grower to be a driving force and leader of our team. Responsibilities Include: - Plant propagation - Crop production - Mother room management - Harvesting, pruning, cleaning, etc - Help manage a large scale indoor grow facility of 200+ lights. Requirements: - Must be a leader - Must be able to lead a team of 3-7 people in all aspects of crop production. - This job requires a high level of responsibility, and reliability. - High attention to detail - Very reliable, responsible and works well with others in a fast paced environment. - Organized, and able to efficiently lead a team to complete a variety of tasks. - Able to follow directions closely. - Someone who has experience working at a large scale, licensed cannabis grow is preferred. - Be flexible with working with different grow styles. - Eager to learn - Must be willing to work weekends and cover additional shifts when needed. *To work in cannabis you are required to have or have submitted your application for an OLCC marijuana worker permit.
