Tree/Stump Removal Needed

I have a tree growing into the corner of my house. It's somewhat cut down, but i need the job finished. On both the right and left sides of it are smaller stumps that I'd like cut down as far as possible. The one on the right has grown into metal fencing. Price and timeline. Thank you.
