Cascade Tree Works, LLC is seeking an experienced Arborist/Tree Climber to join our team. Must have tree climbing experience. ISA certification is preferred or willingness to get certified. Looking to hire immediately. We are based out of Bend, Oregon. Must have a valid driver's license, be punctual, have a good attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work well with others. We are interested in long term employees to join our growing company who understand the value of an effective and efficient team. Some of the responsibilities include: Using proper pruning techniques; assisting in the process of trimming trees, clearing and chipping tree debris, and disposing of tree debris. Ensuring that the work area beneath and around the trees is clear and properly marked so that the public will be safe from falling debris. Maintaining climbing gear and tree care equipment to be sure that all equipment and tools are safe and in working order for high quality and safe service. Ensuring that all crew members follow CTW safety policies and procedures. Hours: Monday-Thursday/Friday 7am-5pm(ish) Arborist/Tree Climber pay DOE ($25-35/hour) Also, looking to hire grounds persons to join our team. As a groundsperson we will accept less or minimal experience with tree work, as long as the person has a clear passion/desire to grow their career in the tree work industry. This person must have the ability to work hard and be a team player. The use of saws, chippers, trucks and other equipment will be required as a part of all tree crew members duties. We will provide proper training for safe and most efficient use of equipment.
