Part-Time Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for one of our Associations located in Volusia County, FL, The maintenance/Janitorial technician is responsible for the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects. This position requires interaction with the Board of Directors, committee members, vendors, Community Manager, and Division Manager. General Maintenance duties include but not limited to: General building and property maintenance Inspect grounds for trash and debris and clean as needed Clean roadways, sidewalks, and high traffic areas Report common area repairs to Community Manager Clean clubhouse, laundry rooms and restrooms Pressure cleaning of sidewalks Keep property free of trash Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk kneel and bend for up to eight (4-6) hours per day Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to work in all kinds of weather Misc. Requirements: Must have a valid Drivers License Must be able to pass a MVR and Background Check
