WINTERIZATION BOARD UP DEBRIS REMOVAL LANDSCAPING EVICTIONS MINOR HVAC MINOR PLUMBING INSPECTIONS SECURING LMC Fieldwork LLC is seeking new subcontractors to complete work orders in the Dallas Fort-Worth area. We prefer contractors with prior experience in property preservation. You also must have the following: Cover Tarrant County, Dallas County, Denton County Must be willing to work at least 5 days a week, preferably 6 days Able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check. Must be able to use Pruvan mobile software (or willing to learn) Valid driver's license with auto insurance General liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance (preferred) Must be able to use email Must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision 80% of work orders include lock changes, trash outs, maid services, initial cleaning, board ups etc
