Travel is required, Valid DL is required and background Check will be part of qualifying serious candidates. Construction Site Superintendent candidates are extremely organized and detail-oriented team players with excellent customer service skills and a CAN DO attitude! Position Duties & Responsibilities: *Manage Contractors during all phases of Construction *Troubleshoot and monitor quality standards and practices of trade partners, ensuring job site safety at all times *Coordinate workflow and activities of multiple trade partners *Schedule city inspections, technicians, and pre-walk through inspections *Conduct pre-walk through inspection in a timely manner Skills / Requirements ****THIS POSITION REQUIRES BOTH LOCAL AND OUT OF TOWN TRAVEL. We cover travel expenses, per diem, vehicle and lodging while on the job.*** *3 years construction superintendent experience required *Customer-oriented attitude *Strong communication and organizational skills *Team-player with ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and build relationships with team members, trades, and customers *Strong work ethic *VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED *MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST AND HAVE A CLEAR DRIVING RECORD (NO DWI)
