Description

We have a Pt Maintenance position available at our Parkview Heights Mobile Home Community in Clintonville. This position would be anywhere between 25-30 hours per week. Job duties would include: Grass cutting, snow removal, small handyman duties (very limited, no experience necessary) Interacting with residents, and any other duties required to keep the community clean and tidy for our residents. There will also be duties to complete at our Nichols mobile home community.
