Packing: Build crates, package all products for shipping, install climate adjusters on playboards, carpet shuffleboard tables, pick and package sales orders, assemble and disassemble shuffleboard tables when needed for photos, obtain weights and sizes for shipping, track materials consumed and time required Shipping/Receiving: Load and unload trucks, turn in shipping/receiving paperwork to office, restock materials when received from vendors Physical Inventory: Assist in physical inventory and spot-check inventory as needed Assist other departments as needed. Shuffleboard Table Build Build shuffleboard tables and parts according to manufacturing orders, track materials consumed and time required Rough Mill/Glue Process Assist in rough mill (ripping, chopping, planing, sanding, lay-up, glue press) when required Finishing Help with sanding and preping for finish process.
