Primary Objective ● To take clear, detailed photos and notes of properties provided on the list each day in an efficient manner to maximize the number of properties viewed each day. The photos must be successfully uploaded to the cloud server for managers to view before the of each day. Regular Work Activities ● Drive in the range of 50-80 homes per day, or more if possible while still obtaining accurate information. Routing Software will be utilized to maximize your efficiency. ● Take photos on a mobile device of the exterior of homes from the lists provided. Pictures should be taken per training instructions. ● Answer the required questions about each property while on site such as, Is the property Occupied or Vacant?, Any major defects can be seen for the condition of the home? Type of property?, etc ● Once driving is completed for the day, ensure all photos and information has been uploaded to the cloud server correctly. This can be done once WiFi is available either at home or at a local hotel if lodging was provided ● Frequent check ins with manager for any and all questions, or changes to the daily route ● Must be willing to be on the road by 7am each day and will be working a 8-10hr shift or until dark, whichever comes first.
