Job Title: Landscape/ Hardscape Installation Project Manager Description: Exciting opportunity to join our Team of professionals. Landscaping/construction business is looking for a dedicated, professional Project Manager with high standards. We are looking to fill this position promptly with an Experienced candidate. *Must be able to implement a Project Independently from Start to Finish with the ability to exceed expectations of Craftsmanship, Quality, Skill along with Timely end of of Project Completions. Must be able to work Monday through Friday (weekends occasionally and depending on weather.). Hourly pay based upon experience, performance and aptitude. Hardscape Experience: Should have experience in (but not limited to) constructing retaining walls, fire pits, patios, walkways, fireplaces, outdoor showers and driveways. We work with Natural stone and Boulders, blue-stone, granite, brick, pavers and other stone varieties, Landscape Experience: Installation of various landscape materials and plantings. Reading Blue Prints and Plans. Creating proper drainage and grading. All aspects of the landscape industry. Placing orders, communicating with clients, and estimating experience. Managing of schedules with employees and clients. Daily proper tool selections and equipment management. Heavy equipment operations: Should have experience using (but not limited to) an Excavator, Skid Steer, Trailer and equipment hauling etc... Requirements: - Strong work ethic - Responsible - Attention to detail - Good communication skills and strong ability to interact with customers and fellow team members - Ability to work in a team setting - Valid driver’s license Required - Background in Landscaping and Hardscapes Required 2-5+ Years Experience Required.
