YARD/WAREHOUSE FOREMAN Job Description: Established Fence Company in North Houston is seeking a Yard/Shop Foreman to join their team. This position requires someone with Management and Leadership skills. Responsibilities Include: •Making sure the warehouse runs smoothly and that everything is organized •Responsible for carrying out Operations Manager’s instructions and request •Loading and unloading of trucks •Responsible for customer pick-up •Making sure all equipment is in proper working order •Maintain a neat, clean, and organized warehouse •Troubleshoot issues in production, equipment, or any item within our facility •Maintain detailed and accurate records when repairing, servicing, and inspecting equipment. •Enforce safe work practices and safe working conditions. •Perform additional responsibilities as directed by upper management.
