Accessible Space is a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing for individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans is seeking a Full-time Property Caretaker for a 32 unit apt building in Kansas City, KS for the general upkeep and maintenance of our building. Two bedroom unit available on-site for $300/month. As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not limited to; minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion, grounds maintenance, etc. Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m The ability to work independently with minimal supervision with at least 1 year related work experience.
