Position Summary: The Porter is responsible for the cleanliness of the common areas of the facility. Performs general housekeeping in all common area, including lobby, library, harbor lounge card room, restrooms, swimming pool and exercise room, arts and crafts room, anchor room, administrative offices, bank, beauty shop, elevators, employee lounge area, storage rooms, compactor rooms, hallways and sidewalks outside of each entrance-way. General housekeeping includes doors, windows, glass, light fixtures, hand railings, pictures, mirrors, brass and stainless steel. Education and/or Experience: Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to physically manipulate heavy loads and operate some machinery. Minimum six months experience. Rotating weekends, flexible shifts and holidays.
