Looking for 3 reliable, stable individual's to be part of our operation in the pond dredging and restoration industry. This position requires the ability to use a shovel to scoop the material (leaves, weeds, sticks and trash and dump into a mesh bag. It's not hard It's consistent. One of 3 will change the full bags as the other 2 manage the shoveling. Rotating/taking turns makes the job a lot easier. Best to work as a team. Yes, you are on a pontoon boat on the the pond. PICTURES SHOW POSITIONS OFFERED TO THE RIGHT INDIVIDUALS. Please do not apply if you oversleep, have court often, have to get a ride every day, experience flat tires every week, have to hold on to a cell phone all day or become an expert at your job with no need to learn or take advice after the first day. Must be able to talk and work at the same time. Must remember to come back to work after lunch. Should not expect gold stars for being on time.
