Real estate investment company needs crews for a new project house in Forest Hill. House has good bones and is in really good shape, but is just dated. Primarily kitchen and bath updates, including tile work, finish work, light plumbing & electrical, etc, plus flooring and paint throughout. We have all our regular crews booked on other projects, so we need additional help. This can definitely turn into long-term work if you want it. We have nearly endless work. We pay fair rates, and we pay on time. (Yeah, we've heard the stories about "investors" who never have your checks ready when they're supposed to. That's not how we work. Good crews are important to us, and we want a relationship that's a win for both of us.) We're looking to hire crews, not an individuals. Typically looking for 2 or 3-man crews that can knock out a kitchen or bathroom in a timely manner. You must have a DBA or LLC and proof of insurance. Must have your own tools and truck. We typically deliver materials to the jobsite for you, but you'll need to haul away debris (to our dumpster at our shop in Fort Worth).
