We are looking for a reliable maintenance groundskeeper to ensure all short term vacation rental properties are well kept! Responsibilities include but are not limited to the below: Cleaning outdoor furniture and areas Cleaning/maintaining gas grills Maintaining Hot Tubs Basic yard work- leaf blowing, watering plants, removing debris, etc. Ensuring pathways, stairs, outdoor seating and other structures are clear/safe Position is part-time, with employees working anywhere from 12-24 hours per week.
