We Make Doors – Where they lead is up to you… What we offer Pay: $15.45/hour A safe, challenging & fast paced working environment Competitive Benefits, including Paid Time Off, Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401k and Tuition Reimbursement Opportunities to cross-train, enhance your skillset and advance your career Responsibilities:  General description of duties: Preparation of frames and jambs used in pre-hanging process Prepare, machine and hang wood and fiberglass doors Use pneumatic and hand tools to assemble door units Learn operation of production line machinery Palletize, brace, and wrap with stretch film using automated equipment Maintain quality control on all items producedMaintain a safe work environment Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and repeatedly Experience Preferred: Knowledge of door pre-hanging process and pocket frame assembly a plus Product knowledge including millwork and fiberglass doors a plus Ability to accurately read a tape measure 1-2 years production experience Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and repeatedly Good communication skills Good paperwork accuracy Good attendance history Excellent work habits Strong attention to detail Other important qualifications: Strong organizational skills Positive outgoing attitude Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to work in a TEAM atmosphere.
