Exterior Property Maintenance Tech Needed (Central Ohio) We are a small Residential Property Management Company that manages single family homes and multi-family units throughout the Central Ohio area. We currently manage roughly 300 units and continuing to add more. We are looking to add someone who will be responsible for managing and completing annual/ seasonal maintenance on properties such as gutter cleaning, flower beds, light tree trimming, powerwashing, etc. The interested candidate will also need be able to make small siding, roof or gutter repairs, driveway sealing, etc as needed and to report major issues to the maintenance manager when discovered. Hours can be flexible, but with an understanding that it is your responsibility to complete all necessary routine maintenance annually. Job Standards: 1. Professional Appearance and Friendly Attitude 2. Must be a team player and loyalty is extremely important. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to our clients that will exceed their expectations. 3. Technology savvy – ability to use smart phone to access tenant info, log maintenance items and complete photo inspections of properties within our phone application 4. Experience with landscaping and willingness to try to do minor repairs on siding, roofing, etc. 5. Customer satisfaction is crucial to our success. 6. Be a self-starter and quick problem solver. Plan your time wisely. 7. Take ownership and pride in your work, but understand time is money so we need to get in and get out as quickly as possible. 8. While this position is mostly self managed, a service call may come in any moment and sometimes an emergency. You must answer your phone and/or respond to the maintenance manager in a timely manner. 9. No smoking, drinking or doing drugs while on the job. 10. Able to provide your own tools and truck (and preferably a landscape trailer) a huge plus. 11. Keep a positive work environment by always being nice, courteous and respectful to other team members and/or contractors.
