A well established and growing Pool Maintenance & Repair company located in Buena Park, CA is seeking Pool Service Technicians to join our team. As a Pool Service Technician with our company you will be responsible for your assigned swimming pool route and make sure each assigned pool or Spa is maintained and provided with a clean and safe atmosphere for all pool customers. Job Duties Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Maintain a positive and good relationships with all assigned customers and fellow employees. Responding quickly to any and all inquiries from clients. Perform troubleshooting of basic problems, perform quality control of pool cleanliness and ensure all pool cleaning duties have been completed to the highest standard. (Vacuuming, brushing walls, brushing tile, cleaning all skimmer/strainer baskets) Check and maintain pool water chemistry. Perform equipment maintenance and report any issues with operation of the equipment. Keep and maintain inventory of supplies and chemicals within your service vehicle. Maintain pool service records. Requirements 1+ years of pool maintenance experience (Preferred). Understanding of basic water chemistry, backwashing, algae treatments (Preferred). Technical knowledge of various pool equipment (Preferred). Must be detail-oriented, dependable, hardworking and willing to learn. Ability to work independently as well as with a team and possess good communication skills. Must have a “Clean” valid driver's license. Must have a smartphone for route management communication. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job (Eg. pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive motions, bending and squatting, standing for long periods of time.) Benefits Full-time position. Salary is paid weekly. Roth IRA savings plan is provided. Service truck is provided if requested or vehicle allowance is provided if own vehicle is used.
