[PART TIME ] We are looking for a Construction Clean Up Foreman for our NEW Construction Clean Up Company. In need of Interior Clean Up Finish Foreman. Must be: Eager to Learn Responsible On Time Energetic Customer Service Skills Communicative with all team Qualifications -Must be Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required)* -California's Driver's License (Required) -Reliable Transportation (TRUCK REQUIRED)* -1+ year of Construction Clean Up experience (Required) -Reliable Cell Phone (Required) -Customer Service Fundamentals (Required) Essential Qualifications: -Maintain a neat and professional appearance and demeanor everyday -Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used for construction clean up -Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule -This job requires written and oral communication skills -Adhere to all company policies and safety standards -Must be willing/able to drive personal vehicle and drive to different job sites/homes within the Orange County, CA and surrounding areas -Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably -Lift, carry and support construction equipment/supplies DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES -Need to be on time at start time ( 6:00 am - 6:30 am ) MONDAY-FRIDAY -Maintain a neat and professional appearance and demeanor everyday -Get tasks done in a safe timely manner -Make sure team is presented according to company policy -Delegating individual responsibilities -Employee responsibility: Construction Clean Up, Interior/Exterior Touch Up, and Finish Clean Up -Pressure Washing experience All employees are required to wear face masks due to COVID and wear proper PPE for construction clean up Expected to hire within 2-4 weeks!! *SERVING ORANGE COUNTY & SURROUNDING AREAS* PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME ALONG WITH EMAIL
