Yard Manager Needed For Construction Equipment Rental Company. Must have clean background and clean driving record. Must have a knowledge of construction equipment. Must be bilingual. Full time Position. 40+ hours a week. Immediate opening! Responsibilities include: - Organization and cleaning of yard, shop, and storage facilities - Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment - Receive and organize materials, fixtures, and appliances - Load/Unload customer equipment and heavy materials - Track location of company tools and equipment Preferred experience includes : strong organizational skills, schedule management, good communication, basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, small engines, electric tools, construction materials, and hardware.
