Hello, Ryan Real Estate Services, LLC is a property management and investment company that needs a maintenance person to do part time work. Work varies from light maintenance to kitchen demo work. Properties are in the near west suburbs. Berwyn, Bellwood, Broadview etc. Will have steady work from 10-30 hours a week. Must have your own car and tools. All materials needed will be provided and owner will assist as needed. Hourly rate of pay for maintenance work is $20-$30 an hour, depending on experience and type of work. We are looking to grow. If you are interested in learning more about the real estate industry I also need a leasing agent and will train. The right person could do both. Commission is $200 - $700 per rental. Leads will be provided. Office is located in down town Oak Park, but the position will be remote for now.
