Working project manager for ADU remodel

I am a general contractor and I have a small remodel job that I am looking for a working project manager to run. It requires you to be able to read plans and make decisions in the field based on those plans. Have knowledge of LA codes, and general knowledge of plumbing, electric and HVAC and be able to manage those subs. There is some foundation work that still needs to be done, some framing work, subs, then finish work. You must have transportation, tools and experience. Helpful if you can go on the books. Pay is commensurate with experience and good if you have the skills.
