Mike Ford Builders, located in Franklin, TN is searching for a general labor/ Punch-Out person to help with the finishing touches of our homes. This is a full time, hourly position; minimum of 45 hours a week plus weekly overtime. Up to $18.00 an hour based on EXPERIENCE 401K and Health Insurance are available plus paid time off (vacation and sick days AFTER 90 DAYS) and all employees are given a Life Insurance Policy. Probationary Period first 90 days There is a wide range of duties; some examples are cleaning thresholds, cleaning crawlspaces, digging, installing door knobs, cleaning paint from hinges, and sweeping out houses throughout construction. Dress code: Jeans with no holes. We will provide you with collared shirts that have our logo. No personal cell phone use on the job, drug free, smoke free, and CLEAN background required. You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and be legally authorized to work in the United States. **Must live within a 30 minute drive of Franklin **Must be punctual and reliable **Valid Drivers License Serious inquiries only.
