BRANCH MANAGER Seeking general manager for our location in OKC. This is a hands on management position who will oversee all operations of our retail store which includes sales, accounting, and delivery personnel. Our customers include walk ins as well as established business clients in the OKC metro area. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Customer service, sales, build customer satisfaction, payroll, budgets and store goals; Responsible for all files, record keeping and relevant financial information; Manage employee schedule and assign staff according to their skill level; inventory control; maintenance and safety of warehouse and property; purchase needed supplies; upkeep and repairs of company trucks; send monthly reports, receipts to corperate headquarters; daily deposits. Required QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma (college perferred) • Demonstrated success in retail sales management • Problem solving as it relates to customer complaints • Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, • Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty • Teammate and customer communication skills • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Must have a valid automobile driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicles • experience in operating warehouse machinery; knowledge of MS Office; Spanish is a plus. We are looking for a mature, responsible, experienced, hands on individual who can work independently and has a strong work ethic and communication skills. You must pass drug and background check. This is a 40+ hour salaried position at $32,000. Store hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 6:00pm. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage after 30 day probation period.
